Find an available date first
When rescheduling is allowed, the secure manage page highlights dates with openings and keeps unavailable dates inactive. Invitees can move between months, choose a date, and then compare the available times without scanning one long list.
Keep time and status clear
The current booking time is labeled, each available time uses the invitee's time zone, and only a different opening can be selected. If availability cannot be loaded, the page explains the problem instead of presenting an empty calendar as a confirmed lack of openings.
Stay consistent with the booking brand
Manage, reschedule, and cancel controls follow the event's action color with readable button text. The original service, assigned staff member, cutoff rules, cancellation-reason rule, and secure manage link continue to protect the change.
