Send one-time emails to a targeted audience.
What campaigns do
Campaigns send a single email to a specific audience. Use them for launches, announcements, or one-off reminders.
Build a campaign (recommended)
Open Campaigns
Create a campaign
Click Create Campaign and give it a name.
Choose the audience
Pick lists, tags, or a saved segment. See Campaign Audience for details.
Design the email
In Email content, click Design email.
Send a test
Use Send Test Email to preview before sending.
Schedule or send
Choose Send now when published or Send on specific date, then click Send Now or Schedule.

- Audience: who receives the email. See Campaign Audience.
- Email settings: subject, sender, content type, and the email design. See Campaign Email Settings.
- Sending time: send now or schedule a date/time. See Send and Schedule Campaigns.
- Analytics: delivery and engagement metrics after send. See Campaign Analytics.
Campaign list previews
The campaign list can show the linked email thumbnail next to each campaign and truncates longer descriptions so list view stays easier to scan. Open the campaign to review the full description and email content before sending.
Campaign cards and list rows also summarize recipient progress by status: scheduled campaigns show the queued recipient total, active sends show sent progress, failed sends show failed counts when available, and sent campaigns show the final sent count.
