BioLink

Build and publish a mobile profile page on your own domain.

When BioLink is available for your account, use it to create a focused, mobile-first page for the link in your social profiles. The page uses your own website domain and can combine links, offers, lead capture, and other saved Hiveality content.

If you do not see BioLink in Marketing, the feature has not been enabled for your account yet.

1

Open BioLink

Go to MarketingBioLink.

2

Add your profile

Add a display name, short bio, profile image, and social profiles. The phone preview updates while you edit.

3

Add and arrange blocks

Choose Add block, configure the content, then drag the block handles to set the order. Hide a block when you want to keep it without showing it to visitors.

4

Choose a design

Start from a theme preset, then adjust the background, color scheme, accent, button treatment, and typography. Photo backgrounds include focus and overlay controls for readability.

5

Review and publish

Check the mobile preview, links, scheduled blocks, and signup behavior. Publish only after the page is ready for visitors.

Blocks you can add

BioLink supports simple content blocks and blocks connected to work already saved in Hiveality.

  • Links, social icons, headings, text, and dividers
  • Email signup and links that ask for an email address before opening
  • Products, booking options, recent posts, quizzes, and Website AI Chat
  • Video or audio, events, contact buttons, reviews, locations, and galleries
  • Save-contact cards and countdowns

Product, booking, post, quiz, event, and review blocks let you select the saved item instead of recreating its details. Test each destination from the preview or live page before sharing the link broadly.

For an email signup or gated link, choose the list or tags that should be applied to the new contact. Those tags can start a follow-up Flow, so test the complete signup and automation path with a test address first.

Control when blocks appear

Each block can stay visible all the time or use a start and end time. Use a schedule for launches, events, limited offers, or links that should disappear after a deadline.

The page also includes a live countdown block when visitors need to see the time remaining. Check its end time and the website timezone before publishing.

Drafts and publishing

Publishing saves the current draft as the live version. Later edits stay in the editor until you publish again, so visitors keep seeing the last reviewed version while you prepare the next update.

Use Take offline when the BioLink page should return a not-found page until it is published again.

Choose the public address

The suggested public path is /bio. You can replace it with a path made from lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

Changing the path creates a redirect from the previous address so older social profile links and downloaded QR codes can keep working. Still test the old and new addresses after a rename before updating printed material.

The Settings panel also provides the full public URL and a downloadable QR code. Add optional footer links for your privacy policy, terms, or other legal information, and review the page title and description used for search and sharing context.

Review performance

Open Analytics to compare views, clicks, click rate, and captured leads across recent date ranges. You can also review daily activity, popular blocks, traffic sources, devices, locations, and practical suggestions based on the current page.

Use Ask Bee about these stats when you want help interpreting the selected period. Keep the final editing and publishing decision with a person who understands the campaign and its audience.

Before sharing the page

  • Test the page on a phone and desktop browser.
  • Open every link and connected block.
  • Submit each signup or gated-link form with a test address.
  • Confirm scheduled blocks use the intended dates and timezone.
  • Review photo contrast, button labels, footer links, and the QR code.
  • Confirm the published page, not an unpublished draft, appears at the public address.
