Search subscriptions

Use Search subscriptions... to find records by ID or status.

What you’ll see

Each subscription row shows:

• The current status
• The Stripe subscription ID (or “not linked”)
• The Renews date

Subscription checkout records

Recurring checkout purchases create subscription records after payment confirmation. When a subscription product also grants access, review the order and access details together so the customer can manage the recurring purchase and open the content or service they bought.

If checkout confirmation is retried, Hiveality reconciles against the existing subscription record before creating another one. This keeps renewal tracking and status updates tied to one subscription entry.
