Home
Review what needs attention, continue recent work, and track business health from The Hive.
The Hive brings the most useful parts of your workspace into one Home screen. When it is available for your account, workspace admins can open it from the house icon at the top of the website sidebar. At full release, Home also becomes the first screen those admins see after sign-in.
Teammates with limited access continue to open the area assigned to them and do not see the combined Home summary.
Start with what needs attention
The top of Home can show today's bookings, orders waiting to be fulfilled, and support replies waiting for you. Select a count to open the matching area.
Bee's briefing turns current signals into a short list of suggestions. Depending on your setup, it can highlight failed flow steps, broken links, missing SEO details, or campaign drafts that need attention.
- Select Let Bee do it to open Agent Bee with the suggested task already described.
- Dismiss a suggestion when it is not useful. A dismissed item stays out of the briefing for 14 days.
- Home shows the highest-priority suggestions first and brings queued items forward as earlier work is handled.
Continue recent work
Use Jump back in to reopen pages, emails, flows, campaigns, and other items you recently worked on. Your own recent edits are prioritized, with other useful website activity included when space is available.
KPI tiles compare the latest seven days with the previous seven days. Select a tile, or choose Full analytics, to open the matching Business Intelligence view.
Work through your plan
When you have an active Action Plans, Home shows the next steps and overall progress.
- Select a step's checkmark to mark it complete without leaving Home.
- Choose View full plan to manage every step.
- Choose Work on this with Bee when you want Agent Bee to help with the next available steps.
Review business health
The Business health section checks four practical areas:
- Capture: whether the website has a live form, funnel, or quiz that can collect leads.
- Nurture: whether an active flow is following up automatically.
- SEO: the latest site-wide SEO grade and score.
- Accessibility: the latest accessibility grade and score.
Each area links to the matching settings or lets you start setup with Bee. Health grades can take a moment to load while Home checks the latest site data.
See what Hiveality handled
When recent automated activity is available, the value chip beside Bee's briefing summarizes flow emails, campaign deliveries, leads, and bookings handled during the month.
Select the chip to see the calculation. Work handled uses conservative minutes per action and an hourly estimate, rounded down. The separate tools estimate uses typical list prices only for comparable tools your website is actively using.
Customize Home
Select Customize in the upper-right corner.
- Pin up to four KPI tiles. Any open positions continue to fill automatically with the strongest available metrics.
- Show or hide sections such as Jump back in, Today, KPI tiles, Bee's briefing, your plan, business health, What's new, events, and unlocked tools.
These choices are saved for you on the current website and do not change another teammate's Home layout.
Data freshness
Home combines several workspace areas into one view. Very recent activity can take under a minute to appear. Refresh the page when you need to confirm a change immediately, then open the source area if a count still needs review.
