Dashboard highlights
- Today, This Week, Pending Payments, and Canceled (7d) summarize booking activity.
- Event Types shows your current types with quick actions to edit, copy, or open.
- Google Calendar lets staff connect calendars for conflict checks and new booking events.
- Zoom Meetings lets staff connect Zoom for unique booking links when it is available, while personal Zoom links remain available as a fallback.
- Invitee self-service lets people manage, reschedule, or cancel their own booking when the event type allows it.
Booking links and locations
Booking can now resolve the selected location into the invitee confirmation, staff notification, booking details, and connected calendar event.
- Event types can offer Google Meet, Zoom, phone, in-person, or custom location options.
- Staff with a write calendar can generate Google Meet links for bookings that use Google Meet.
- Staff with connected Zoom can generate unique Zoom links for Zoom bookings.
- Personal Zoom links and event-level fallback links are still useful when a staff connection is not available.
Website AI-assisted booking
When Website AI Chat is enabled for a public site, it can help visitors move through booking without leaving the conversation.
- It can suggest services, show available date and time choices, and collect the required name, email, and phone details.
- It summarizes the selected service, time, and contact details before the visitor confirms.
- If voice conversation is enabled, visitors can use Talk to AI for the same booking flow. The transcript stays with the chat session and raw audio recording stays off.
- When Practice Better is connected and a service is exposed in Hiveality, chat can show supported availability and create eligible one-to-one bookings into Practice Better.
- Services that require payment in Practice Better, group sessions, or services that need a hosted booking page can use a clear handoff link instead of completing inside chat.
- For booking links that open outside the conversation, chat can ask for an email first so your team can follow up if the visitor does not finish.
- When visitors share contact details during a chat, Hiveality can create or update the contact record and add chat activity for follow-up.
- It can link to the full booking page when someone wants to browse every available time instead of using the quick replies.
- If a visitor changes their mind, asks a side question, requests a different date or time, or asks for nearby options, the chat keeps the booking flow clearer and points them to the next useful step.

Invitee self-service
Event types can include secure manage links in booking confirmations, emails, and connected calendar details.
- Invitees can open a manage page to review the booking time, location, meeting link, and current status.
- If allowed, invitees can choose a new available time with the same event type and assigned staff member.
- If allowed, invitees can cancel online and provide a cancellation reason when required.
- Reschedule and cancellation windows are controlled from the event type.
