What you can do in Courses

Learner progress

Hiveality saves lesson completion, video position, and overall course progress as a learner works through a course. The course view refreshes from the saved record after an update so completion totals stay aligned across lessons.

If a completion request is safely repeated, Hiveality keeps one lesson and course completion in the contact's activity history. A later retry can also fill a missing activity entry without duplicating progress that was already saved. A temporary activity-history problem does not undo a learner's saved completion.

When a requested lesson no longer exists in the selected course, the learner receives a not-found response instead of a general loading failure.

If a lesson was removed or its progress record changed while a learner still has the course open, Hiveality stops repeating that outdated save request. The learner can refresh the course to load the current lesson structure without a stream of repeated errors.

The course outline totals known video and audio durations. When one or more timed lessons do not yet have a saved duration, the outline says

at least the known time instead of presenting a partial total as complete.
