Marketing Studio
Plan, publish, answer, and review social content across connected channels.
Marketing Studio gives your team one place to plan social posts, review channel status, and reply to customer reviews.
What Marketing Studio includes
- A calendar for social posts, Google Business updates, blog posts, and email sends.
- A list view for scanning scheduled, published, sent, failed, and partially completed items.
- A composer for saving drafts, scheduling posts, or publishing text, image, and video posts.
- Analytics for connected accounts, posting cadence, and delivery reliability.
- Channel connections for Instagram, Facebook Pages, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
- An Inbox for messages, comments, reviews, team notes, and reply follow-up.
- A Reviews page for Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews.
If you do not see Studio in Marketing, ask the account owner to confirm your Marketing access and social channel access.
When no social channels are connected yet, Studio shows a setup card with a shortcut to connect channels and a composer link for teams that want to draft before connecting.
Connect social channels
Open Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Choose a channel
Select the channel you want to connect, such as Instagram, Facebook Pages, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube, Pinterest, or Threads.
Complete sign-in
Follow the provider prompts. For Facebook Pages and Google Business Profile, select the Pages or locations you want to connect after sign-in.
Review connected accounts
Return to Integrations to confirm each channel shows as connected.
Instagram posting requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Facebook and Instagram connections may also require the right Page permissions in Meta. TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile may ask for additional channel permissions during sign-in. Pinterest posts are sent to a selected board. Threads uses your Instagram Business or Creator connection, so Threads setup may start from the Instagram connection flow.
Create a social post
Open Studio
Go to Marketing → Studio.
Open the composer
Click Create post.
Choose channels
Select one or more connected accounts. Each channel is sent independently, so one channel needing attention does not block the others.
Add content
Write the caption or text and choose an image or video when the channel requires media. Use Draft with AI when you want a first pass for all selected channels or for one channel at a time.
Choose delivery
Save as a draft, schedule the post, or publish it now.
The composer starts with one shared caption. When multiple channels are selected, use the channel tabs to customize each selected channel while keeping the shared caption as the fallback.
AI drafts can be refined, regenerated, or accepted into the active caption tab. Instagram hashtag suggestions are kept with the Instagram draft when you accept it.
The preview panel shows how the selected channels will receive the post before you submit it. If you upload one image, Studio shows per-channel crop previews and prepares the image for each channel's recommended shape when the post is published.
Use image mode for image posts and video mode when posting a video from your video library. Instagram and Facebook can use a selected video as a Reel when it meets Reel requirements, LinkedIn supports image or video posts, TikTok and YouTube require video for their posting flows, Pinterest supports a single image or video pin, and Google Business Profile does not receive video posts from this composer.
TikTok posts include required preview and consent confirmations before publishing. YouTube posts include title, visibility, category, made-for-kids, and AI-generated content settings before publishing. Pinterest posts include a required board picker, optional pin title, and optional pin link override. Threads posts can use the shared caption or a Threads-specific caption tab.
Optional links are handled by channel: Google Business Profile uses the link as a native call-to-action, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads include it with the caption, Pinterest uses the pin link field, and Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube do not receive the link in the caption.
When enough past posts are available for the selected account, the schedule dialog can suggest a best time to post. Click Use this time to apply the suggested slot, then adjust it before confirming if needed.
Use the calendar
- Switch between day, week, month, and list views depending on how you prefer to review work.
- Filter by type: Social, Google Business, Blog, or Email.
- Filter by status: Scheduled, Published / sent, or Needs attention.
- Open an item to review channel details, status, thumbnails, public URLs, and actions such as editing the related blog post or creating a social post from a blog entry.
- Use Refresh on a social post when you want to re-check delivery status from the connected channel.
- Reschedule or cancel scheduled social posts from the item drawer. If only some selected channels failed, retry the failed channel from the channel list.
- Duplicate a social post when you want to reuse the same content for another time or channel mix.
- Blog entries open in a new window from the drawer so you can keep the Studio calendar context. Email items can open the related campaign the same way.
Review analytics
Open Analytics in Marketing Studio to review connected channel performance.
- Engagement shows live numbers from each connected account, such as reach, views, interactions, calls, website clicks, or direction requests depending on the channel.
- The account picker lets you switch between connected accounts without leaving the page.
- Range controls help you compare recent performance over 7, 30, or 90 days.
- Cadence and reliability cards focus on the channels you have actually connected, so disconnected channels do not clutter the chart.
- Some channels report with a delay, so the newest posts may take a day or two before complete numbers appear.
Use the Inbox
Open Inbox in Marketing Studio to review social conversations that need a response or team follow-up.
- Use folders for all open conversations, items assigned to you, unassigned items, mentions, and closed items.
- Filter by connected channel or use All reviews when you want to focus on review threads.
- Use the All, Unread, and Mine tabs to narrow the current folder.
- Open a thread to read the message history, see delivery/read status, and mark unread items as seen.
- Send replies, post public replies where supported, close or reopen threads, and add internal notes for your team.
- Use Draft with AI in the reply composer when you want a first draft you can edit before sending.
Reply to reviews
Use Reviews from Marketing Studio to review Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews.
- Filter by All, Unmatched, Needs reply, 1-star, or 5-star.
- Open a review to read the full text and existing reply status.
- Use Draft with AI to create a reply in a professional, warm, appreciative, or apologetic tone.
- Edit the draft before posting.
- Confirm before sending because replies post publicly as your business.
Facebook replies cannot be deleted from this surface after posting. Google replies may need to be edited directly in Google Business Profile.
