Products

Create products, manage pricing, and organize your catalog.

A quick tour of Store Products before you create or manage products.

Product types

  • Membership: Recurring access or subscriptions. Membership products use recurring or installment pricing and do not support one-time variant pricing.
  • Digital: Downloads or digital access.
  • Service: Manual or offline fulfillment.
  • Physical: Simple physical products.

Create a product

1

Open Products

Go to Store Products.

2

Start a new product

Click New and choose New Digital Product, New Service Product, or New Physical Product.

3

Add product details

Fill in Title, Type, Description, and Product Media (primary image plus optional gallery images), then set Active and Show On /store.

4

Set pricing

Add a One-time Amount for Digital, Service, or Physical products. For Membership products, add at least one Recurring or Installment price. Optionally add a Compare-at Amount for sale display on eligible price options.

5

Save your product

Click Save Product.

Pricing notes

  • Prices follow your currencies in Store Settings.
  • Use one-time for single payments, recurring for subscriptions, and installments for payment plans.
  • Membership products must have at least one recurring or installment price. Change the product type to Digital, Service, or Physical when the offer should be sold as a one-time purchase.
  • Each saved one-time, recurring, or installment option is managed separately, so updating one plan does not remove your other active price options.
  • Product pricing now checks Store Settings currencies before saving, so a price cannot be saved in a currency that is not enabled for the store.
  • If an older single-currency product is edited after the store currency changes, the editor can carry the existing amount into the one enabled currency instead of forcing you to retype the same price.
  • Keep product metadata current using Store Products SEO.

Compare-at (sale) pricing

  • Use Compare-at Amount to show a struck-through original price beside the active price.
  • Compare-at values only display when they are higher than the active price for that currency/option.
  • If compare-at is empty, equal, or lower than the active price, it is ignored on live storefront views.

Variant pricing behavior

  • Variant products can carry one-time amounts per variant and per currency.
  • Variant compare-at values are evaluated using the same rule: compare-at must be greater than the selected active price.
  • Store cards, product detail, and checkout use the selected/default variant pricing when variants are enabled.
  • Variants use one-time pricing, so they are not available for Membership products. Switch the product to Digital, Service, or Physical before enabling variants.

Imported product pricing notes

  • WooCommerce and Wix imports now capture more sale/regular price patterns and category signals.
  • WooCommerce variation imports now retain more option/value combinations, variant media, and variation-level sale pricing where available.
  • Imports still require review for edge cases (custom markup, unusual plugin output, or incomplete source data).
  • After import, open key products in Store Products to verify categories, base price, compare-at, and active status before publishing.

Stock tracking (optional)

Enable Track quantity when you only want to sell a limited quantity of a product.

  • Enter the Available quantity customers can still purchase.
  • Leave stock tracking off when the product can be sold without a quantity cap.
  • Set the quantity to 0 when the product should appear as sold out.
  • The product editor shows the paid or fulfilled units already counted and any temporary checkout reservations separately. You do not need to add previous sales to the number you enter.
  • Storefront cards, product detail pages, carts, and checkout use the remaining stock quantity to prevent customers from buying more than is available.
  • Test orders do not reduce the available quantity.
  • A pending checkout temporarily reserves its quantity for up to 30 minutes.
  • Refunded or canceled orders no longer count against availability, so those units become available again under the current inventory model.

For example, if four units were sold previously and you enter an available quantity of 3, customers can purchase three more units. After those three sell, the product becomes sold out. To offer two additional units later, change the available quantity to 2.

Product notices

Use Product Notice when customers should see an important note before purchase.

  • Create reusable notices under Store Settings → Notices when the same wording applies to several products. Editing a reusable notice updates every linked product automatically.
  • Assign products while editing the reusable notice, from an individual product, or by selecting products on the Products page and choosing Product notice.
  • Choose Custom for this product only when one product needs different wording.
  • Add a customer-facing title and message, then choose an info or warning tone.
  • Turn on Require customer confirmation when checkout should wait for the customer to accept a specific statement.
  • Write the confirmation statement customers must check. Required notices are repeated in the cart and checkout, and the accepted statement is saved with the order.

When several products in one order use identical notice wording, checkout shows one confirmation and clearly lists every product it covers. The order still stores confirmation evidence for each individual product.

This is useful for eligibility notes, service restrictions, or product-specific instructions that should appear before payment.

Customer confirmation is a self-attestation. It records what the customer accepted but does not verify their identity, patient status, membership, age, or professional eligibility. Clearly explain when an order may be reviewed, canceled, or refunded. Use a stronger member or staff-approval process when eligibility must be independently verified.

Manage products

  • Search with Search products....
  • Filter by All types and Active status.
  • Toggle list or grid view with the view button.
  • Select multiple items to reveal the selection bar and click Delete.
  • Use a product’s menu to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

Storefront preview availability

  • View Storefront opens the public product page only when the product is Active and Visibility is Public.
  • If a product is inactive or private, use its direct funnel or checkout link instead, or change those settings before previewing it in the storefront.
