A welcome that waits for the visitor
- Turn on the optional welcome prompt and choose a 5, 10, or 20-second delay.
- The invitation appears once per browser-tab session and does not start a chat until the visitor selects it.

- Answers use the current page more effectively, keeping named plans, prices, and details attached to the right content.
- Booking conversations can pause for a side question, review another time, or change contact details without losing progress.
