Routines

Put recurring Agent Bee work on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.

Routines let Agent Bee handle recurring website work on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. When Routines are available for your account, workspace admins can set them up and review them from the On your schedule card on Home.

Use a routine for website-wide work that should happen on a calendar, such as a weekly content batch or monthly SEO check. For an automation that starts when a specific contact takes an action, use a Flows (Automation) instead.

Set up a routine

Open Home, then select Set one up or

Manage on the On your schedule card.

You can start with one of these templates:

  • Monthly SEO tune-up checks page metadata and broken links, applies safe metadata fixes, and reports what still needs attention.
  • Weekly content engine prepares a blog post, social draft, and newsletter campaign draft for review.
  • Monday re-engagement sweep prepares a campaign draft and suggests who should receive it.
  • Review-request follow-up reviews recently served customers and prepares a campaign draft for you to finish.

Select See exactly what it does before adding a template to review its complete instructions.

For something different, choose Ask Bee for a custom routine. Describe the outcome and timing in your own words. Bee shows you the proposed name, schedule, and steps before asking for approval to create it.

Schedules and review safety

Routines can run daily, weekly, or monthly at a set time in the website's timezone. A daily routine uses about 30 Agent Bee runs per month, a weekly routine about four, and a monthly routine one. Runs use the project's existing AI credits.

New routines start in drafts for review mode. They cannot publish pages, schedule campaigns, send messages, or perform destructive actions. Content and campaign work stays in the matching draft area for you to review. A maintenance routine can still apply the safe, non-publishing updates listed in its instructions, so read the full brief before adding it.

Run and manage a routine

Select a routine on Home to open its management view. From there you can:

  • Choose Run now to test it without waiting for the next slot.
  • Pause or resume its schedule.
  • Skip only the next scheduled run.
  • Choose Review or change with Bee to inspect its instructions and request an edit.
  • Open View recent reports to review the last five runs, including status, output summary, and estimated time saved.
  • Delete the routine and its run history.

The creator receives an email report after each scheduled run. A manual

Run now result appears directly in the management view.

If a routine fails three times in a row, Hiveality pauses it automatically. Review the report and instructions, correct the issue with Bee, then resume it when you are ready.
