Let support handle the DNS setup
When Let Us Connect Your Domain appears in Settings → Domains, choose the domain and where it is managed. Hiveality shows the provider-specific steps and the support email address that should receive limited access.
You can submit the request before adding your first primary domain. Add an optional note, confirm whether access was shared, and choose View Request to follow progress. If an active request already exists for the same domain, Hiveality opens it instead of creating a duplicate.
Keep access secure
Use your provider's invitation or delegated-access feature. Never send a password, two-factor authentication code, recovery code, support PIN, or payment information. Keep existing DNS records and hosting in place until support confirms the connection is complete.
