Help members get access
Open a contact's Member tab and choose Resend Invite when their invitation is still pending. Hiveality sends a fresh email and keeps their status as invited until they accept. If they have already accepted but cannot sign in, use a password reset instead.
Connected API workflows can send either access email for the appropriate member state. Wait at least 10 minutes before sending another access email to the same member. Review member access.
