- Search What's New by name or description, start with the latest five items, and load older updates in batches.
- Choose Mark all read when you want to clear the full unread list at once.
- Open View all announcements for the complete update archive.

- Move between Tickets, What's New, and Events from one switcher without briefly returning to the guide list.
- Search support tickets by subject or recent-message preview. Matching resolved conversations are included while you search.
- Review upcoming sessions, RSVP, add one to your calendar, join near the start time, or watch an available replay.
