Add a stage

Rename a stage

Click the stage title, edit the name, then press Enter or click away to save.

Stage options

Use the stage menu to:

• Add Icon or Change Icon
• Change Color
• Delete Stage

Review stage flow connections

Stages show a flow icon when one or more flows are connected to that stage.

Open the icon to review:

• Active flows tied to the stage.
• Whether the stage starts a flow, continues a Wait Until step, or is where a flow can move cards.
• The first actions, emails, SMS messages, or webhooks that can run after the stage is reached.
• Inactive connected flows, so you can tell when a setup exists but is not currently running.

Review message impact before moving cards

When a contact-linked card is moved into a stage that can send email or SMS before the next pause in a flow, Hiveality shows a confirmation dialog first. The dialog lists the connected flows and the first messages that can be sent. If a recent stage move is still catching up, Hiveality can also warn that messages may send once processing finishes, even when exact message details are not available yet.

Choose:

• Cancel when you need to review the flow first.
• Move & send when the contact should continue through the connected flow normally.
• Move & skip when the card should move but those immediate email/SMS steps should be skipped until the flow reaches its next pause.

Reorder stages

Drag a stage by its header to move it left or right.
