Typography settings
You can customize:
- Font family
- Font size
- Font weight and styles (bold, italic, underline, uppercase)
- Letter spacing and line height
- Text color per element
- Use Typography tools to standardize H1 through H6, apply the H1 font, weight, or color across headings, or reset the heading scale.
- Use each text style's Style actions menu to copy an exact style from another element, or match the style while keeping the destination size.
Widget default fonts
Several design widgets use your saved site typography when their font picker is set to Default. Heading-style content uses your heading font, paragraph-style content uses your paragraph font, helper labels use your small text font, and widget buttons can follow your saved button font.
This keeps new Accordion, Badge, Blog List, Cards, List, Reviews, Store, and Team widgets closer to your site style as soon as you add them. Choose
Inherit or a specific font in the widget settings when one section needs a different look.
Responsive heading behavior
Saved heading styles can include explicit font size and line-height values. On smaller screens, Text and Dynamic Text headings scale those values more smoothly so long headings are less likely to overflow their row.
Still review important pages in Responsive Design after making large heading changes.
Small text style
Use the Small typography style for helper text, disclaimers, and secondary notes.
- Small text has its own global font, size, spacing, and color controls.
- Text blocks set to Small follow this global style automatically.
Add custom and Google fonts
Use Add Fonts to open the Custom Fonts Manager.
- Add Google fonts from the selector
- Upload custom fonts from Files. Prefer WOFF2 when available and use WOFF only as a fallback.
- Keep related files named consistently, such as Regular, Bold, and Italic, so the manager can group them into one family more easily.
- Up to 10 fonts can be selected at once
- The selected fonts view separates active fonts from search results, so you can review what is already enabled before adding or removing families.
Published pages and previews preload selected Google fonts so typography appears more consistently as pages load.
Manage custom font faces
- Use Manage Faces on a custom family to review the saved files for that family in one place.
- Adjust the weight and style for each uploaded face if the automatic label needs cleanup.
- Remove extra faces you do not want to offer in the editor.
- Font-aware weight pickers across the builder follow the saved face list, so unsupported weights stay out of the dropdown.
- The selected fonts list shows saved face details so you can spot families that need weight or style cleanup before using them in global typography.
- Custom font family names are normalized more consistently across the editor, previews, and published pages, which helps related uploaded faces stay grouped under one family.
