Build the whole series in one place
The website Events manager now supports weekly, every-two-weeks, and monthly schedules. Choose an optional final date, select who can view or register, and set a duration or leave the event without a fixed end time. Upcoming dates appear as soon as the series is saved.
Give each date its own Zoom meeting
When Zoom is connected, turn on Unique Zoom meeting per date to create a separate meeting for every generated date. If the switch is unavailable, the form points you to the Zoom connection.
Manage future dates with confidence
Series and generated dates are labeled separately in the event list. Editing shared series details updates future dates without replacing their individual times. Deleting a series clearly explains that upcoming dates and their RSVPs are removed while completed event history stays available.
