Returning Contacts Keep Their History, Faster Flow Enrollment

Deleted contacts who come back are restored instead of duplicated, event registration consent works like a form opt-in, and Agent Bee enrolls a whole group in one step.

Returning contacts keep their history

When a contact you deleted comes back through a form, booking, event registration, quiz, checkout, or the Website API, Hiveality restores the original record with its history instead of creating a duplicate. The Activity tab shows a "Contact reactivated via ..." entry naming where the contact returned from. Form submissions and API requests no longer fail when a live contact and a deleted contact share an email address.

The marketing-permission checkbox on public event registration now subscribes new or pending contacts and resubscribes someone who had unsubscribed earlier. Bounced or complained addresses stay protected, and leaving the box unchecked changes nothing.

Enroll a whole group in one step

Ask Agent Bee to enroll everyone with a tag and it enrolls up to 100 contacts in one approved action, reporting anyone already in the Flow as skipped. Page section edits can now target a section by a widget inside it or a sub-heading within it.

Fuller PatientBase imports

Every selected funnel is imported, pop-up forms and quizzes are rebuilt as native widgets, custom fonts are detected with their files, and subscription blocks become recurring or installment prices.
