Manage steps

• When you add a step, enter the step name and choose whether it should be a Page step or a Popup step.
• The first funnel step starts as a page. After a page step exists, you can add popup steps into the sequence.
• Click a step to open it in the editor.
• Use Step settings to edit page settings for a step.
• Drag the handle to reorder steps.
• Open the step menu to:
  • Copy to funnel
  • Copy to pages
  • Duplicate Step
  • Activate / Inactivate
  • Delete Step

Popup steps

Popup steps let a funnel open a focused popup as part of the step sequence.

• Popup steps appear in the funnel step list with a Popup badge.
• Opening a popup step launches the popup editor instead of a full page editor.
• If needed, Hiveality opens the previous page step first so the popup editor has the right funnel-page context.
• The funnel toolbar can open the previous or next popup step without leaving the current funnel context.
• Links to popup steps open in the same tab so the popup can appear in the visitor's current funnel path.

Publishing from connected workflows

When a connected assistant or API-key workflow publishes a funnel, Hiveality publishes the funnel and its step pages together.

• Draft changes on each step page are promoted so the visitor path is live.
• Already-published steps are skipped instead of being republished unnecessarily.
• The response includes which step pages changed, so the workflow can report what needs review next.
