Email Templates
Apply or save templates for faster email creation.
What this does
Templates let you reuse full email layouts and apply them to new campaigns.
Apply a template
Open the template picker
In the Email Builder toolbar, select Select a Template.
Choose what to apply
Pick a template, then choose whether to apply Header, Body, and Footer.
Apply styles (optional)
Turn on Use Template Styles if you want the template’s layout styles.
Save an email as a template
In the toolbar, select Save as Template. Add a name, description, category, and available save scope so your team can find it later.
Hiveality saves the full email content and captures its rendered preview together. The template becomes available only after the preview succeeds, so the picker is less likely to show an incomplete or mismatched thumbnail.
Branded account admins can use template-library to decide which eligible email templates customers can discover and which preview-ready designs appear on marketing pages.
