What this controls

Integrations let you connect your website to analytics, marketing, social channels, and automation tools.

For product catalog imports and other source-data imports, use Imports.

Social channel connections can power Marketing Studio posting, analytics, inbox replying, and review workflows. Current channel options include Instagram, Facebook Pages, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.

Pinterest supports board-based pin publishing. Threads uses your Instagram Business or Creator connection, so setup may begin from the Instagram channel flow.

Available integrations

• AI Tool Connections (MCP) — connect Claude or another supported AI assistant after sign-in approval.
• Reveal Website API Key — generate an API key for secure API access.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — add your measurement ID to track traffic.
• Google Tag Manager — add a GTM container for tag management.
• Google Ads — add a Google Ads conversion ID and track form, booking, and purchase conversions.
• Google Business Profile — connect Google Business Profile locations for posts and reviews.
• Marketing Studio — plan social posts, review channel status, answer inbox threads, and reply to reviews from connected channels.
• Google Search Console — verify your sitemap and search visibility.
• Facebook Pixel + Conversions API — track website conversions.
• Practice Management — connect practice management systems for booking sync, contact sync, activity webhooks, and booking-message ownership.
• Twilio — connect SMS sending.
• Webhooks — send real-time events to external tools.
• Zapier — connect to Zapier using webhooks and your API key.
• Zoom Meetings — connect staff Zoom accounts for unique booking meeting links.

Connect an integration

Manage social channel connections

Open Settings → Integrations →

Social Channels to review every connected destination.

• Connected channels are ready for supported publishing and synchronization. Choose Change when you want to connect a different account for that channel.
• A channel marked Disconnected or Needs attention can be connected again with Reconnect.
• Use the disconnect action beside an active account when Hiveality should stop publishing and synchronizing that channel. Confirm the warning before the connection is removed. Existing post, inbox, and analytics history remains available, and you can reconnect later.

After returning from a channel sign-in, Hiveality checks the saved connection and shows whether the account is ready. If the result cannot be confirmed yet, return to Social Channels and refresh before trying the connection again.
