Open Learning settings
Open Course Builder
From Courses, open a course and select Settings.
Select Learning
Choose the Learning tab.
Video & Media Experience
Allow Notes
Enable Allow Notes to let students take notes during lessons.
Notes save while the learner works and flush when they leave the lesson. When they return, Hiveality resumes at an available lesson and restores supported video progress without bypassing drip or sequential-completion rules.
Enable Transcripts
Turn on Enable Transcripts to show video transcripts when available.
Track Watch Time
Enable Track Watch Time to record detailed viewing analytics.
Discussion & Community
Enable Discussions
Turn on Enable Discussions to show the Discuss button inside lessons and allow community posts.
To use discussions:
Share the course into communities
In Access, select one or more communities in Communities (where this course appears).
Open Discuss
In the course player, choose Discuss to open the community composer pre-attached to the current lesson.
