Configure AI guidelines

Open AI Personalization
Go to Settings → AI Personalization.

Set your brand voice
Choose a tone, add voice details, and list personality traits.

Choose content preferences
Set content length, writing style, and whether to use emojis, stats, or testimonials.

Add business context
Describe your target audience, unique selling points, and areas of expertise.

Define content guidelines
Choose CTA style, default CTA text, words to avoid, and preferred terminology.
Defaults and saved values
- New websites start with sensible AI guideline defaults, including a professional tone, moderate content length, direct CTA style, standard email length, and consultative funnel approach.
- If older settings are missing a field, Hiveality fills the missing value with the current default instead of leaving the section blank or blocking edits.
- Saved terms, words to avoid, business context, email preferences, and funnel preferences continue to guide page, email, and funnel generation.
