Personalization

Add business details used across your site and emails.

What this controls

Personalization settings store your business details for website content, email copy, AI writing context, and reusable tokens. When a saved Business Profile is available, blank personalization fields can inherit trusted business facts from that profile.

Update your business profile

1

Open Personalization

2

Add core business details

Fill in business name, description, category, email, phone, address, and website.

3

Review inherited details

If a blank field shows From Business Profile, Hiveality is using the saved Business Profile value until you enter a value directly in Personalization.

4

Prefill missing details

If available, use Prefill missing details to fill blank fields from saved site, email, domain, and SEO context.

5

Use personalization tokens

Copy tokens like {business_name} to reuse in content.

Business Profile

Business Profile is the shared source for local SEO, schema, reviews, business hours, AI context, email defaults, and public business details. Open

Settings -> Business Profile, then use Find My Business or Enter Manually. You can also reach the same profile from Website Settings -> SEO -> Schema Settings.

For the full setup flow, see Business Profile.

  • Find My Business searches public business listings by name, city, address, or phone. Choose Use This Business to fill the profile.
  • Enter Manually lets you choose whether you serve clients from a local location, a hybrid location, or virtually, then save business name, category, description, phone, email, website, address, service area, images, and profile links.
  • Local and hybrid profiles can save business hours for SEO. These hours do not control booking availability.
  • Hybrid and virtual profiles can add service areas such as cities, regions, countries, or Worldwide.
  • Use Hide street publicly when you need location context for SEO without showing the street address.
  • Profiles connected to a public listing can sync every 7 days, every 28 days, or only when you choose Sync Now.

Prefill and warnings

Use Prefill missing details when you want Hiveality to complete blank business fields from details you already saved elsewhere.

  • Business Profile can provide the main business name, email, phone, address, and website when the matching Personalization field is blank.
  • Business name can come from email defaults or the website name.
  • Business email and address can come from email settings.
  • Business website can come from a verified primary domain.
  • Business category can come from the SEO industry category.

Settings warnings highlight required business fields when missing details could leave business tokens blank in emails. Description and category also show recommendations because they help AI write more specific page, SEO, and email copy.

Token format

Use single braces for personalization tokens, such as

{business_name} or {first_name}. Email assistant and API workflows also clean up common double-brace token mistakes before saved content is used, but single braces are the expected format.

Token replacement preserves dollar signs in saved values, so prices, addresses, or names such as $180/mo remain intact when emails are rendered.

Available tokens

  • {business_name}
  • {business_description}
  • {business_category}
  • {business_email}
  • {business_phone}
  • {business_address}
  • {business_website}
